I develop and lead workshops in conflict management and resolution.
A recent offering, Engaging with Conflict: A New Perspective for Resolving Disputes and Empowering Relationships, leads participants through an understanding of conflict as a positive opportunity for communication, helps them identify their habitual ways of handling conflict, and explores the various conflict modes that are available to them.
This highly experiential and transformative workshop gives participants the tools and understanding to move beyond their habitual patterns for approaching conflict so that they can choose how they wish to engage with others.
Workshops can be customized for teams and groups that work together. Participants learn to work effectively and
constructively within their team and to generate better results when dealing with clients and customers.
